Eon (Eon #1)
by Alison Goodman
That cover is the baddest of the bad-ass! Add in an awesome sounding plot and you've got me hooked! Besides, I'm a sucker for a goo "girl masquerading as a boy" storyline.

Nightshade (Nightshade #1)

I actually already read this and I did like it. However, I hated Shay. With a burning passion. I actually already reviewed this one but I deleted it because every time I go back I keep finding more stuff wrong with the book and I didn't feel that the review really got my feelings across. So look for a new review coming up soon! 


Well, I think that's everything I got this week. There isn't a Barnes & Noble close to us so that prevents me from spending all my money on books. Which can be a good thing for a girl on a budget XD

      hahaha thanks! Yeah, everybody just loved this series, but I don't think I'll continue. It's not awful, but I just don't seem to be falling out of my seat for it like everyone else :P

    Haha I'll expect a really ranty review then! :) I'm a Team Ren girl myself, so I sort of didn't like Shay either. Wolfsbane just gets worst, and then Bloodrose is even worse. I think the sequels definitely suffer from that second and third book syndrome. -.-

    Awesome books! YES!!! Someone else who doesn't like Shay!!!!! I'm Team Ren all the way. Eon sounds good. I've been wanting to read it myself but I haven't been able to find it at my library yet.

    This is a great little haul that you got this week! You really didn't like Nightshade? I loved it! It is one of the best werewolf-based books that I have read... But I agree with you about Shay - to a point. I like Ren better... xD
